Hi,

Can you tell us what version of OSX is on your machine?

Can you also tell us if you know of anyone you can beg, Borrow or Steal a Mac disk from?

Thanks

Ok,

Do you have an Apple store or Best Buy anywhere close to you?

The reason I ask is that we need a disk to reset the password, however a full version for your machine can be somewhat expensive so a cheaper alternative would be to purchase a copy of Snow Leopard for your machine which is only $30.00 and which we should be able to then use to reset your password XXXXX well as upgrade your machine if you wish.

Let me know what you think?

Thanks

Eric
