HelloCustomerand thanks for using

I have run into this issue with clients using an older windows XP disk. Make sure you are using a windows XP disk with at least SP2

If you are, Try plugging in an external usb keyboard into your macbook pro just for setup purposes. Your 17" macbook pro keyboard might need the bootcamp drivers in windows to run.
