Hello !!

Do you know the name of the expert you want to work with ?

Which category does he belong to, do you have any idea ?

Customer: replied 8 years ago.
I had a name, but don't remember it now.

I need an expert who has been in the company long enough to know this monitor, or in a situation such as this -- a collaboration between experts.

The Category is for the is for the electron22blue2 monitor.

Who, and whatever works to resolve the problem, work for me

One more question...

Who makes the orange chair in you response window, and where can it be purchased?
Customer: replied 8 years ago.

Between 8:42 and 9:34 I sent a question and responded to further questions from you regarding my LaCie monitor, and as of yet have not received a response.

My understanding was I would probably have an answer in a couple of hours from the date of the last communication.

This does not speak very well of LaCie, if in fact I am on the LaCie web site.

When can I expect a reply to my earlier question / problem?
