Customer Question

Someone got my Windows live MSN ID and password.    They were sending spam with it.   I logged in and changed my password. But now I cannot get into MSN or Windows live. I am a Mac user.      I try the "forgot password" option but I never seem to receive the "reset password" email.     My security question doe snot seem to let me in either.   What can I do?
