Customer Question

I continue to have problems when I search for some (but not all) things on the internet/google.
Typical: I type in what I am looking for; something comes up; when I click on it, the whole screen goes blank.
Then I get the box from Apple/Mac which asks if I want to try again, report, etc. etc.
Question: should I accept the offered changes/upgrades which (often) come up in a box on the screen? I don't know if my Mac can handle them, etc. etc. The default click is always "no" .
I have a Mac OS X 10.4; GH2 ,PC G 4, Memory: 256 MB.

If you are using Safari, try restting it.
Go to the Safari Menu and choose Reset Safari.

Check all the boxes and then reset.

Next, yes you should get the updates if you are prompted to download them.

Software Update will not give you optionsd that wioll not work on your Mac.

They will fix issues you may be having and also are recommended.
