I am trying to figure out what software you are referring to. Is it Firefox for Mac? Did you try to get a newer version and it does not work?

Just a note. This is NOT our software. We are just a Question and Answer help site and not affiliated with any developers/manufacturers.

Let me know if I am on track and I'll help get you back on with Firefox.

Sorry, Yes Firefox browser

Here is a link i found to the latest version 2 of Firefox.

Download this, and before you install it, drag the newer Firefox out of your Applications folder and put it in the trash.

Let me know if it is OK.
