iam trying to print a black & white from iphoto with an epson

iam trying to print a black & white from iphoto with an epson stylus photo 1400. The result is a photo that is not truly B&W but sort of a purplish sepia tone. Help!




Most likely color management is turned on in the Epson printer driver

Select OFF (meaning no color adjustment) as Color Management in Mac OS

print then go to advanced settings..then to print settings..then under color

when i go under color my only option is grayscale (which I hit) but I'm still not getting true B&W

Earlier when I said CANON, I meant EPSON, lol

The screen shot of COLR MNGT as very helpful but I can't seem to get to that .
can you take me through the steps from when I first hit PRINT to where I get the screen shot you showed me
