When i was signing in with user name and password XXXXX signed a password XXXXX a differint word for a confirmation word.Should I have put the same word in both slots?

What they are asking is for you to basically type your pasword twice, This is so that you do not make a mistake and so that you set the exact password XXXXX want.

Just type the exact same thing in both the password XXXXX confirmation boxes, Then if you get a passwords do not match error retype both of the passwords again.

Usually if you get a does not match error you have accidentally hit the caps lock key or accidentally kit the key next door to the one you want.
