My built in camera stopped working after I had added it as a device in parallels.   How do I get it working again.
At the very top you will have a Devices menu. Choose USB from the Devices menu

Turn off the Built-in iSight mode in the Devices menu
I should have specified that you will have that menu in Parallels.

I am booting up parallels to try it. Under my USB menu there is not isight mode reference.

I cannot find anything under the device menu that is helping me get my isight camera working. Even in imovie, my computer does not recognize that I even have an isight camera. Is there something within the window program that could have messed this up ?
It doesn't sound like anything to do with Parallels since you have this issue even when Parallels is not running correct?

Here is some troubleshooting steps for isight.

I would recommend step 4 resetting the pmu/smc controller. This might solve the issue for you.
