Hello, and thank you for asking your question,
I am Sr. Mac Tech Support Specialist, TD, glad to assist you.

I see that you are having an issue with your iBook G4 restarting after about 3-4 minutes or use

Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue,
Try resetting the PMU (Power Management Unit) of your iBook G4

• If the computer is on, turn it off.
• Reset the power manager by simultaneously pressing and then releasing • Shift-Control-Option-Power on the keyboard. Do not press the fn
(Function) key while using this combination of keystrokes.
• Wait 5 seconds.
• Press the Power button to restart the iBook computer.

Watch to see if your iBook will run for about 10 mins or so in order to see if it remains on or shuts down before or after this duration.

If you have any more questions, regarding your technical issue, please feel free to reply to this post.
