Customer Question

I copied a very large number of files to the clipboard last night and have now lost access to my desktop file and can't open any of my Office 2008 components. I have reinstalled Leopard and Office 2008 to no avail. Any ideas on what to try next?

Let's figure out some things. To see what the problem is and how you got where you are.

Why did you reinstall Leopard and Office?

You can only capture one copy to the clipboard.

What desktop file are you talking about loosing access?
