Hi,

Can you tell us what type of Wireless device you have?

Also what other machines do you have connected to your WIFi network?

Let us know

Thanks

I have a Netgear. There aren't any other machines hooked to my wireless network.
My problem is when we try to connect to the network we get a "insert WEP key" in the space available and I do not know how to find the WEP key number.

Ok,

Do you have any machines hardwired to the Netgear unit we can use to get the key?

Thanks
