A few questions first...

When you log in, are you in an office?

Have you used this wireless network before?

Can you go to a wireless access point and try to get in there? Does it show stronger signal and then drop off or stay connected?

Did your IT dept. tell you the wireless requires security to log in? What type?

Let me know,
