is it possible to change the URL for the Google search bar

is it possible to change the URL for the Google search bar (Not the Menu bar) in Safari. Currently it defaults to the USA but I want it to default to the UK

It claims to allow you to change the default search engine.

I have not ried it yet, but the screen shot on the developers page shows a search options screen and a pop-up to choose from.
