Which programs are you using on your Mac for Mail Calendar etc, do you use office for Mac?
which application are you using to sync your Blackberry?

Ok,
Do you currently sync using your Palm to iCal and your Address book using iSync?
If not can you follow these instructions to install and perform a Palm to iCal and Adress Book sync http://www.colorado.edu/its/docs/pda/osxical.html I know they are old however they will work.
Once you hav done that you will need to get a copy of The Missing Sync for Blackberry from here http://www.markspace.com/missingsync_blackberry.php
This will allow you to sync your iCal and Address Book to the Blackberry so you can ten activate it and set it up.
