How do I get my Identities back into Entourage

Customer Question

I just upgraded to Leopard but had to do a erase and install. I backed up my entourage and have now loaded MS office with Entourage on my Powerbook G4. I also dropped my Identities into the documents folder but it will not populate my Entourage.

Open Entourage

Click File>Import...

Import Entourage information from an archive, Click Next

Click Entourage archive

Navigate to the entourage file, and click Import

I clicked on import and archive and when I went to 2004 identities, then main identities it then de-highlighted anything beyond that to import, database, etc.

So what would solve this problem?

Is your Entourage archive file in the .rge format?

Are you kidding me, 12 hours to respond. I called Microsoft and paid $49 dollars and got this fixed with a live person.
