How do I deal with error code 1011 please - I cant get into certain websites for the last few days which I have been using regularly before that

You can address the issue by dragging these two Software Update Cache files to the Trash:

"", located at /Library/Caches/

"", located at ~/Library/Caches/

Note: For locating the first file, /Library refers to the Library folder at the top level (or "root") of your hard disk. For the second file, the tilde (~) refers to your Home folder.

Reply to Aggie Mac Master's Post: Thanks - I've managed to locate the first file in the Library folder (still getting the 1011 error so far with this one file deleted), and   am having problems locating the 'home folder'.

Hi ignore that question - have located home file and dragged both software update files in cache library to trash.... but still cant access the website !!! Any other suggestions please (.. I will definitely pay by the way when we get the solution, hope that's fair by you !)
