Customer Question

After reinstalling my Mac OS Tiger (10.4.11), I can no longer open a photoshop cs file by double clicking on it. I now have to open these files with the browser only. How can I use double-clicking to open the files?

Could you tell us what method you used to install Tiger?

Did you perform a clean install, a reinstall or an archive and install?

What happens when you double click the file?

Reply to Claws224's Post: an archive and install.

Before I reinstalled Tiger, I could doubleclick on a Photoshop file and it would open. Now I have to open it with the browser.
