Need help for a Mac G4 computer. Every time I go on the internet and try to scroll down with either my mouse or the bar this colored pin wheel appears and the only way to get rid of it is to the force quit whatever I'm doing. What can I do to get rid of it?

What OS version are you using and what browser are you using?

I am using a wireless Logitech keyboard and a wireless mouse
