My driver side mirro goes backward when startign -2014

If the passenger mirror is operating properly with no issues and with what you have described here this sounds to be a fault with the left outer mirror control ECU assembly itself. This is the computer/control unit that controls the driver's mirror assembly and it can fail/act up internally electronically causing this issue to where it has to be replaced.

What has to be done from here is to have the fault codes read out/checked using a fully compatible scan tool or computer plugged into your vehicles data port. This has to be a tool that can read all the computers in your model. Once this has been performed there should be at least one fault code set in one of the vehicle's computers. This code is then diagnosed which will then lead to the cause for this issue and once the cause is located it can be repaired from there to resolve this fault. This has to be done to help pinpoint this issue and should be the first thing that is done.

Electrical testing will have to be performed as well to help identify that the ECU has to be replaced.

It does not look like this ECU is programmable. It looks to be a plug and play ECU. Usually, the fault is with it internally to where it has to be replaced.
