VerifiedGood Afternoon, my name is ***** ***** I’ll be helping you, so sorry to hear about the issues we have here on the ES350. I’m sure it been difficult to deal with this symptom since we likely use our phone for music like many people nowadays do. Now by the way your describe the tests we ran at the dealer and how the device reacts to the aux being plugged in does tell me that the actual physical port is working just fine. What I think is goin on is internal to the audio control unit here, likely a software issue. I’m afraid I don’t expect this to be something that will be feasible to fix DIY. i would recommend we have the dealer try to reflash the software to rule out it being a programming glitch but regardless not something we can ourselves unfortunately.
