My car will not start and think the steering and wheels are

Customer Question

My car will not start and think the steering and wheels are locked. I’ve tried everything my manual says and it will not do anything
JA: Have you checked the battery, particularly the terminal connections? Are they corroded?
Customer: I’ve checked the battery. All three lights are on in the dash though, the wheel base, the wheel and the battery
JA: What is the model/year of your Lexus?
Customer: 2013 rx350
JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Trying to. I’ve tried putting the car in neutral, I’ve tried moving the steering wheel while starting it which is difficult since I had spine surgery a few months ago so I’m not very strong yet, and I’m going to try to jump it, but my battery seems good. I have good lights, my blue tooth works and have good strength
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: No, just really frustrated and feeling stranded
