Yes it should come off after you remove the 4 bolts. If you have removed the axle shaft and the 4 bolts then it should come loose with a few taps of a hammer. Have you removed the axle shaft from the center hub?

Ok so I did remove the axle shaft bolt, that what you mean? Also, I don’t see how to remove the dust shield prior to pulling the Hub, any help there?
