You've already checked to see if it will run on supplemental fuel right?

i do have an oscilloscope. injectors are working put new plugs and coils in it wiring seems good

1. Verify good battery voltage to the ignition coils on the Black wire at each coil.

2. Verify the ground for the ignition coils is good on the White/Black wire at each coil.

3. Scope the IGF signal on the White wire at each coil. IGF is a reference voltage from the Engine Control Module (ECM) that each ignition coil pulses to ground creating a 0-5 volt signal.

4. Scope the Ignition Trigger (IGT) signals at each coil as necessary and look for a clean consistent 0-5 volt square wave signal. The ECM pulses the 0-5 volt square wave signal out to each coil to operate each coil.

You will also want to check the crankshaft position sensor using the scope. Check for any cutouts in the pattern. You may also need to check the crankshaft reluctor wheel for any scratches or rust/corrosion.

i have a tach signal.replaced crank sensor.tack signal goes away when unplugged

Continuity can be deceptive. Really what you need to see is a consistent wave pattern.
