What issue is your vehicle having?

Check engine, VSC, Maintenance Required, lights are all on. Plugged in Code Reader and it gives me a P2241 undefined code & also a Faulty HO2S. I have no idea what these things mean. Also wondering about Timing chain/belt. Manual I thought said every 70,000 miles to have changed, mine has 195,000 and hasn't been done to my knowledge. Has a little surge / hesitation also. Any ideas? Thank you!

Are you needing the diagnostic steps for the code you have or my own wording on what that code most likely indicates?

Here are those steps. More often than not I find this concern ot a open or shorted circuit within the O2 sensor to blame. Timing belt replacement occurs at 90k
