Customer Question

Speakers stopped working sometimes
JA: What is the model/year of your Lexus?
Customer: 2010 ES350
JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I have not ried anything other than strating & stopping the engine. When I start I hear a noise/click in the speakers. Also the speakers don't work when I change heat settings
JA: Where exactly do you think the noise is coming from? And how long has this been going on?
Customer: Coming from the rear speakers
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: I don't think so
