2011 RX350. Changed car battery almost two months ago. Alarm

2011 RX350. Changed car battery almost two months ago. Alarm sounded. Couldn't, shut it off. Disconnected battery. Let it sit. Put that battery in my truck. Got new battery for Lexus last week. No alarm sounded. Yea. But engine won't start.all light on displlaylit up

Customer: no. Bought used in 2013. I've changed lots of batteries

Customer: Nothing yet. Battery disconnected now

Is the theft light on with the key on? If so it can be in theft mode or not detecting the key or fob.
