Customer Question

I'm confused by what mechanics are telling me. I drove normally to get gas for my car. After I filled up with 93 grade gas the car started and ran poorly. Naturally my first reaction was that I received bad gad. Then thought maybe that was just a coincidence- no real proof of causal relationship. Car has 220, 000 miles. Timing belt must have been changes at least once, but no record of a second change. Still driving car. It always starts even form cold start, idle rough but then at higher speeds smooth out to almost normal; But not normal. Car running perhaps 60% of what it was just before I put gas in it.

Is the check engine light flashing now? Do you have the specific code numbers that are set in the system now?
