Do you have the malfunction code numbers that would be set in the subsystem computers? Do you have any way to access that information?

Lexus Edgware Diagnosed:- "Deleted on V8: VGRS/VSC light on C15A9 Lock Holder Deviation Detection: require new steeringrack and steering ECU"

Unfortunately I have to give you bad news. This code number that they detected in the system is pretty clear-cut. The steering control ECU detects that the lock pin is not aligned with the lock holder correctly and is causing the system shut down turning the lights on. Unfortunately the diagnostic flowchart basically just says you have to replace the steering column and power actuator assembly. This is going to be an expensive repair unfortunately. If the code keeps coming back it's not an intermittent problem in the actuator locking pin has probably failed.
