hi i pulled out the eps relay in my is250 2014 put it back in now i have eps failure please help this is the only thing i did pulled the relay out and put it back in

If this car was in my shop, I would probably find that the EPS has lost its 'zero point calibration". I would recommend you take it to a dealer and have the perform a scan and re calibrate the zero point if needed.

and how does this can get recalibrated

does it have to be manual or it is done by obd2

They need to hook up their scan tool and update the calibration. Thsi cannot be done with a generic OBD2 scan tool You need the re-calibration program to do this.
