If I may give some additional information as to my criminal case that was fully dismissed by the DA in Orange County California, I sent a video from my homes security cameras to Todd Spitzer with a written statement explaining the true facts surrounding my arrest after a forced entry into my home where my neighbor who was on parole for lewd and lascivious acts on a minor under the age of 14 had tackled me inside my home after coming out to start a premeditated assault in which he had shut off his ring camera and put a knife into his pocket. My son who was two at the time was stuck underneath me while this man proceeded to break my four front teeth. I proved my arresting agency fabricated evidence against me and actually purchased his home after this for 150 thousand dollars under the market value. I then found a detective at my arresting agency had a friendship prior to all this happening. He filed a lawsuit against me and my wife who was actually the first one arrested that night, my arrest came 13 days later. My wife was at the time pregnant and breastfeeding, being given a napkin in the county jail because she almost miscarried our baby and was bleeding. We have a very valid cross complainant in this case filed against us but our current judge is completely biased in our case. She has threatened to hold us in contempt of court if we didn’t pay sanctions to opposing counsel that were ordered in an ex-parte hearing violating our constitutional rights of due process and has not even addressed this attorney’s blatant lies in the courtroom while I’m offering to the court proof of the dishonesty. She seems to want our part of the case to just go away, and ordered this mandatory settlement conference where we immediately after she ordered it had this senior deputy district attorney emailing us with fear based coercive threats of possibly reopening our criminal case but this time with attempted murder charges. The fear tactics did not work but have gone over like a led balloon and I want our judge to step down and put us in s different courtroom. I would like to hold these parties as well as the court responsible for their unethical conduct. The senior deputy district attorney was also working for the DA when our criminal case was active before the dismissal. Sorry for the long message.
