I have an issue with a company who I been making appointments with. I feel trapped and I don’t know what to do. I was sold into their facial line initially and I saw pictures from ppl who worked there on results. It has been helpful up until my experience the other day. I felt uncomfortable and harassed by the owner of this chain. I noticed they are not BBB accredited. I was given a lay away option for a product they have aside to use for my facials due to the paper I signed. I can only for exchanges in 7 days, and have to pay the “lay away” of the facial product I have not used yet.

Customer: Everything happened yesterday after my experience with the owner doing a evaluation on my skin condition. He was asking for permission to touch my leg on my extra fat and teaching a specialist about my skin issues. Non of which are estheticians or doctors. The owner asked to be very blunt and in my face please stop touching your f***** face and explaining how my back should be. He got me in a vulnerable state for advice on other creams in a separate room. He said their is nothing other than the product I just bought into for 50%. I felt gained up on and it was clearly pressured from the specialist sitting next to me too.

Hello my name is***** year and a half ago M fathers second wife drained the bank account and left him alone in their house. He has Alzheimer's. I was called by my aunt's to come to help take care of him.So I uprooted my life and have been his 24/7/365 in home care giver. my aunts never helped anymore then an occasional lunch with him. The divorce has been finalized and the house is being solxdHis life will be uprooted and and I dont know what will happen to him. I should also mention his sisters hired the divoce attorneyand kept myself and my dad in the dark about all matters. Including not informing me of the date of the final hearing. I also need to mention that I am his power of attorney. Besides the concern for my dad I also need to mention that not been paid for any of this and I feel i should be. But my aunts did everything in their power to make sure i wont get paid. Is it to late to do anything about this or the misrepresentation we feel we got in court by being left completely out of all matters. the attorney my aunts hired seemed to represent them not my father who had to pay the attorney.

Help to Find Breach of Contract

Customer: GXR sent a rep to our home to give us a quote to build a screen room. We told them our budget. And also gave them the Dimensions of the Screenroom we were trying to build. The sales rep crunched some numbers and told us they could build it for $10k to which we said we needed some time to think. They kept following up with phone calls to sign up with them.
We signed the contract and they asked for a $3000 upfront payment which we gave them as they said they cannot file our project in their system until we gave them the initial check . The Sales rep paid us a 2nd visit to collect the check. After sometime, they sent some technicians to take some photos of the exterior of the home and take Tech Measurements.At no point, did we have any Design sessions to decide the design of the Screenroom, to decide upon the Grid, Color, Overall look of the Screenroom etc. So we are totally blind as to what product we are about to get.The contract mentions we are supposed to "sign-off" on the Design and only after that they would order materials. But in our case, there was no Design Consultation and no Design sign-off to our knowledge regarding the Color, Grid Pattern on the Screened Walls.After an online search, we came across some pictures of what they build as Screen rooms and they looked very different from the traditional looking Screen rooms which we thought we would be getting. So now, we are stuck with having paid them money, no discussions on the product they were going to build and being stuck in a contract of getting something built we do not approve of.We also mentioned to the Sales rep that the Flooring/Concrete Pad on which they were about to build the Screen room is damaged and needs to be fixed and we specifically asked him whether we should fix the Flooring before or after the Screen Room is built. He Texted back that recommends fixing the Floor "after" the Screen Room is built which is really bad advice because it would be really hard to fix a concrete space of 10 ft by 10 ft constrained by Screened Posts and Screened walls. This would also put us in trouble because the signed contract says that any seepage due to a damaged concrete pad is our responsibility. Nobody advised us to make sure there was insulated waterproofing under the Concrete Pad. Bad advice on the Flooring was really setting us up for trouble down the line. We feel we got trapped with this Contractor for the above reasons and are trying to find ways to get out of the Contract
