    Customer: I've tried Xfinity, etc.

    Customer: No, that's my only problem. My favorite program goes on Friday and don't want to miss it.

    JA: What steps have you taken so far?
    Customer: I have contacted Medicare and Social Security to enroll in Plan B but they say I may need to wait until July of 2021 to be re-enrolled. I am 39, have brain cancer, and want to have plan b back for doctors visits. I do not have a job at this time.
    JA: Anything else you want the Lawyer to know before I connect you?
    Customer: yes, I was auto enrolled in February for plan a and plan b. I didn't think I would need plan b so I cancelled it and now realize how much I actually need it for all of my doctors visits.
