    Customer: I went for a free consultation in January and I prepaid for my procedure then they scheduled me two months away and then turn me down because of blood pressure issues after I addressed that and got that taking care of they scheduled me again for with another doctor. Long story short they decided that I was not a good candidate and that they would refund my $13,000Customer: All of this has taken several months and I originally paid them with my Visa card which has a decent interest rate nonetheless all this time it has taken them to schedule me which was far and in between I have paid over $500 in interest
