    Customer: I am an undergraduate student studying Human Service and will go on to get my Masters Degree. I left Ga due to an abusive boyfriend. I am asingle mother and I do not have but a few more terms before I complete my degree, and I would like to apply for internships. + I want to see if I can get it resolved without having to return because I work. When I came here I was homeless. Now I have rebuilt my life and this is hanging over my head. I am a veteran so the VA help me to get housing, I have a job and a car now. Alot going for me.
    JA: What steps have you taken so far?
    Customer: I am trying to consult with a lawyer. I wonder if I can get this resolved.
    JA: Anything else you want the Lawyer to know before I connect you?
    Customer: I dont think so

    In the state of Oregon, can we refuse our landlord entry for an inspection if he gave the required 24 he entry notice?
    JA: Have you talked to an Oregon lawyer about this?
    Customer: No we haven't. My spouse is saying that we can refuse entry and tell them they may only enter with a warrant
    JA: What steps have you taken so far?
    Customer: None. We just had the notice posted on our door today at 2pm. This is a "pre-inspection inspection". The "real" inspection is March 11th, 2020. Can they do that many inspections so close together?
    JA: Anything else you want the Lawyer to know before I connect you?
    Customer: The pre-inspection inspection is this Friday Feb 28th, 2020.
