I am looking for information unfavorable to selling party. Specifically regulations violatedThis transaction is in Florida. The listing-agent for a residential property sale, bound by a standard Far Bar contract, with a closing date of December 31st. The selling party/listing agent is stating the buyer's financing delays is the reason for deal not closing on time. However, the buyer has not signed a Release of Contract nor has par.16 of standard far Bar been exercised.I believe the listing agent violated a MLS Board Regulation by updating the MLS listing status for subject property to "Active", prior to contract being released (executed ROC), and prior to Para. 16 of Far Bar being exercised.Could you please cite the FL-Stat, and/or South Florida MLS Board Regulations the Listing Agent seems to have violated?

We purchased a motorcycle without a title. We live in Arkansas, the last known registration is in Missouri in 2008. Do we need legal representation in order to be able to former registered information so that we can get a title in our name?
