i was going to sell my place to my brother and had given them notice back in march of last year and they got ahold of me in november of last year saying they had financing and i give them a purchase agreement thinking they were going to close fast because i had given them untill december 1st to get financing and they hadnt closed yt and then i told them if not closing at the end of december deals off then they got a lawyer and said because the purchase agreement wasnt dated i still had to sell and seems like im being taken advantage of because im here in indonesia and had already give them dew notice

Customer: trying to see about getting someone who can help me and had sent there lawyer a copy of the notice i sent them in march of last year

Customer: i have all the copies ofwhat i sent there lawyer and im 64 and disabled drawing social security and a va disability

Customer: again..so detailed. tail end of divorce litigation entanglement involving property and assets. elder abuse. 100 acres of property and 7 parcels of land. one of which the ex wife resides on. im team castle. team ex wife lives on one parcel. team castle lives on another. shes trying to force the sale of castle to take husband down. Misty and i are best friends. her dad is the king of said castle. misty and i founded a nonprofit. we want to prove we can carry the loan to take ex wifes parcel back and have the freedom to grow our nonprofit. we have an executive summary to share as well as the appraisal of the little house. can u help?
