The Judge granted the judgment collectors motion to transfer interest before the 14 day motion response time for the plaintiff to object, and an objection response was filed by the plaintiff within 14 days of the motion, but after the order. After the motion was granted, the judgment collector process served the plaintiff interrogatories to answer regarding collecting. After service of interrogatories, the judge then vacated the order granting the judgment collector's motion to transfer interest and gave 21 days to the plaintiff to file thier objection. Do the interrogatories served by the judgment connector still need to be answered or objected to by the plaintiff?
