    I am a member of a monthly white-label recipe pack membership for health, wellness, and nutrition coaches to acquire recipes to share with clients and brand & resell as their own. The company's site also has two free sample packs in pdf format to download, labeled Client Packs just like the paid packs, but the samples are not editable.The site's T&C for the free content says I can have them for personal or business use, but they also say I can't sell or redistribute the packs without written permission of the company. I have asked how I can seek that permission so I can use the packs as lead magnets and haven't received a response yet. (I also don't get how I could use the packs with clients for business use if I can't redistribute them...)I would like to use these packs as free previews of the kinds of recipes that are in the packs I am planning to sell. Does "redistribution" include putting the free packs online in a view-only mode (such as shared on Google Drive), such that my site's users can see the recipes but can't download the files?

    My sons employer Started garnishing his wages this week based on a 15 year old debt that he knew nothing about any paper I’m playing let her head with a scratched initials from a sheriff in Florida. He is employed in Vorginia. It did reference a place that he lived in Florida in an Apartment building in 2007 to 2008 and the total amount they are trying to garnish is over $36,000. We need to determine if this is legitimate and whether it was based on a Court default judgment and whether his employer is obligated to comply.
