My Father in-law had a contact what's only states that he borrowed 200,000. No interest stated or pay out amount. He had paid interest of 24,000 every year for 10 years. They are telling him he needs to pay it out of more the 200,000 or they won't agree

JA: Has your father in-law tried anything so far that has helped or clarified the issue?
Customer: He was asked them if he can pay the 170,000 to settle the debt but they won't agree and I believe the debt had been setting since he has already paid back more then the 200,000

Customer: I'm not sure if there is anything else, I just think he should have to pay anymore then 100,000 to clear this debt

After reviewing the courts Register of actions (ROA) on my case I’ve discovered a number of discrepancies, errors and omissions.Specifically, there’s no record of three of the 18 hearings held in this matter, a subpoena to produce or the order prohibiting me from submitting a FOIA request to a community college for specific public Records critical to my case.
That Order Which I was never notified or served notice of, ultimately allow the court to sentenced me to 45 days in jail for a criminal contempt of court for violating its order.The court also omitted 2 hearings, a subpoena to produce, 5 adjournment notices, 4 order after hearing notices, 4 hearing notices and 2 scheduling orders. Evidence and exhibits entered were not recorded.The court also misnamed/titled, an Opinion/Order both on the ROA and the electronic file name the court emailed me upon my request.No proof of service was entered for of the Opinions or any of the other filings -except for two.After further reviewing the hearing transcripts I’ve identified at least twelve instances where the court made blatant serious false statements of fact on the record - both in its written opinion/orders and during the hearings.Since the time has passed to file a timely appeal do I have any recourse?

Hi, my question is I have an I.D but it expired, I'm came to Arizona from Arkansas for medical reasons and my I.D expired, can I fly home to my family and friends?

Customer: No, I have my expired card and I I'm getting a replacement birth certificate but I won't get it weeks after my flight

Customer: I purchased the new certificate but I want to return to Arkansas, when I do I can get a new I.D

Customer: I'm an above the knee amputee is my medical reason I came to Arizona from Arkansas, I.D expired 6/20/21 , my flight is 8/23/22
