Hi - I had a lawn service in Augusta GA when I was getting ready to sell my house. I prepaid for a set number of applications. I sold the house in September 2020. The lawn service continued it applications even though I didn't renew. They said it is implied that it continues unless I cancel. I said to them I signed no contracts, and the reason I prepaid a set amount of applications is that I knew I didn't want to renew it. They are now telling me they are going to turn it over to collections. Do I have a recourse, or I should I just pay the bill - it is only $69, but am frustrated because I didn't go with monthly payments to avoid this very thing.

Customer: Irreconocible differences and hes involved with another woman. He’s filed “complaint for divorce” and hired a $2500 lawyer to do it
