    I'm thinking about fileing and Ammend Answer to Complant due to not putting in any Affermative Defenses. Based on the facts that I didnt do this the Plaintiff has moved for a default judgement in their favor. This is in Indiana and the Debt Collector is Cache LLC. I need to see if any of these Affermative Defense would work.Proof of a Valid Contract & No Standing to Sue - the legal exhibit of them owning the contract does not contain my signature on the paper work. Can I demand the original signed aggrement and the balance of the account in detail from day zero to present? There exhibit for owning the debt was dated in general for accounts after a certian day. My account was created before that date.Failure of Consideration - No exchange of money or goods occured between Plaintiff and the DefendantEvidence Defense- Object to exhibit C showing ownership of debt due to the date being after that of my account being created and no original documentation.Now I have to double check these papers. Would these defense work? or is it just waste of time? I dont want to file Bankrupcy or get my paycheck garnished. The amount their sueing for is $2186, or should I call and work out a payment arrangement? I also dont believe they would show up for Court since there Law Office is in Michigian and Court would be in Southern Indiana.

If I can not pay the minimum on all accounts they will go to missed payments and collection. I am current right now. If I file, will my credit take a double hit? Bankruptcy and passed collections from those accounts and missed payments? If so, what would be the best course of action to minimize negative impact?
