I was pulled over today by an unidentifiable Sheriff's vehicle. I did not stop because I could not identify that it was a police vehicle so I called 911, so that they could identify for me that it was a Police vehicle. When they were able to identify it was, I pulled over. I had the 911 operator on the phone when the police officer came up to my vehicle. I explained to the officer that I could not identify her truck. She told me that it was identifiable because it has Ghost Stickers. She gave me a failure to stop citation, in which she said was a misdemeanor. I was not purposely not stopping, I could not identify who she was. So what can I do to have this thrown out. Thanks.
