I'm wondering about liability.my daughter's school is requiring each student to check out a chromebook and be responsible for it throughout the day taking it from class to class. I do not approve and would rather the teachers hand out chromebook in class and then collect them instead on making my student carry it through the halls to possibly get damaged. I've written an email to my student's principal thatcI don't consent to my student having to carry her own and asked for them to provide a chromebook per class but have received no response from the principal in the matter. Where I have not given consent can they still force my student to take the chromebook? Are we then liable if it gets broken?

Customer: School starts Wed Aug 17, 2022 and they will be assigning chromebooks that day.

Customer: My concern is liability, we are low income and can't afford to pay if they force my student to take a chromebook during school hours.

I have a situation at my property in Crafton, PA. A relative had been working with my husband and I to restore a long-time vacant property. The home has not passed an occupancy test, and among other issues does not yet have functioning plumbing. He was previously working all hours there, but has more recently (off and on since July 23rd, while using our primary home from time to time as well) has been staying in the cellar of this other property. He has been demonstrating escalating aggression by text message, and is threatening to remain in the cellar despite our insistence that he leave the premises. We are uncertain of our rights and next steps.

Customer: No - this is in PA and I believed the site I'm on the be specific to PA but may have misinterpreted.
JA: What are the terms of the lease? Any issues related to maintenance or upkeep?
Customer: There is no lease! The property is uninhabitable, as it has no plumbing.
