I have a 6.5 month old family violence charge. I’m in texas. The prosecutors have not decided whether to put me in the FVIP in order to have the case dismissed.A month ago the new gf and her mother of my ex went and made a police report. Along w his boss for attempting to violate a protective order we have and stalking. Which isn’t true. At least I think they did. Nothing happened to me as a result but I think it’s why the prosecutors are taking so long to decide.A few days after this I met my boyfriend. His ex wife still wants to be with him and she threatened to call the cops on me because she’s claiming I’m putting her kids in danger because there was a brief period where him and I got into a disagreement and broke up. I went to go see him later and I guess he told her abt this and she blew it up into stalking. She also said he didn’t want to talk to me (at the moment). So I was “harassing” him and if I didn’t stop she’d got to the police and get restraining orders.I’m just like great this is not good. I’m now pregnant unexpectedly with him. And he said he wants time to think about what he wants and wants to do. He originally said a week and now sayinf needs more time. He’s an artist so I see him write and sing songs in social media and I see he’s still processing.I’m concerned because I still need to be in contact him to figure this out. I know I entirely control this and I’ve made decisions. But he himself had voiced he wants to think abt what to do and if this can work out, as I want to have a beautiful pregnancy and family, I’m willing to give that a chance. I tried contacting him after a week and he wldnt respond. Gave more space and tried a few more times. Finally I just aggressively texted asking him to please answer. He finally said he’s still thinking and please leave him alone. So I am. I partly think he doesn’t believe it. As his ex wife is in his ear and making him think I’m a clingy stalker making this up. I’ve sent 4 preg tests and one ultra sound tho and I’ll update on dr visits. Just wanna make sure I’m not doing anything that wld cause me any or more trouble that I don’t need.

I just had finished a case at the Magisterial District Court and I won the case. However, I did not get what I asked for. What should I do?
