God evening. I am a Florida resident and our son attends a public charter school. We learned in March that he has been being bullied since September. Nothing has been done about it except a short meeting with the behavioral specialist. No reports were made and admin never contacted me nor did they ever respond to my emails nor did they show up to the meeting that was called to discuss the ongoing incident. Now, our son has physiological symptoms and has to see a therapist for anxiety, panic attacks, headaches, chest pain, etc. We are trying to get the reports and the school is denying any bullying took place. We need help.

Customer: We now have to put our son in private school because he does not feel safe at school and no one is doing anything about the problem.

Customer: We tried several times to reach out to the Principal and his admin team and no one ever responded until now when his boss has been looped in and he is denying the ongoing incident to protect himself because they never documented it

Customer: Our son was diagnosed with anxiety and had to see a cardiologist for chest pain. Education issue. Nursing student being blocked from graduating. I completed the last course, however, I filed a complaint on my professor because she excluded me on information to an exam that resulted in a low grade. I was taking another exam in the schools accessibility office. This is for students with disability. Anyway, I wrote the school for credit for that exam. I need those points to graduate. Also, I complaint that she has a bias towards me as she treated me different when I ask for help I received none. Exams is over I need that credit to graduate. It's only 7 credit points. The compliance officer is still investigating. I feel they are keeping it like that for me not to graduate.

Customer: Before the midterm exams when we were reviewing the exam before she refused to assist me like the other students who remained. After asking her one question she started shooting at me saying leave her alone
