VerifiedThanks so much for requesting me! In this case, you should plead not guilty. You can argue that you did not have the specific intent to do this. This can be proved by showing that they were unaware of unlawfully trespassing on the property. In other words, the person accused of criminal trespass didn't mean to trespass upon another person's property, and did so by accident. If you were drunk at the time, you can argue this was a straight up accident and nothing else.

Sure. Family visiting from out of town. We drove by the old closed nickolodean resort hotel. We wanted to take a look at the closed deserted hotel.
