- Civil Litigation I am a named defendant along with CORP Entities. - Default has been entered on CORP - Myself and another Defendant are pro Se. 10 days before Default Judgment I received Admissions and RFP papers, motion for default. We went to court and judge entered default judgment. I was ignorant thinking it was over so I did not submit my responses 60 days later get a second set of Admissions and RFP. I provided my answers, objections and documents within the 30 day window for both the first and second set. Bank records I objected on grounds of privacy. The plaintiff says they need them to prove commingling of funds to pierce the vile. I have already admitted to commingling of funds. My fear is not piercing the veil, the plaintiff has already approached my clients that she knew of and I have lost those accounts now. the bank records will give her access to more of my clients information which I know will lead to her contacting them too. The plaintiff seeks multiple sanctions and motion to compel and default judgment against me for not participating in discovery and accused me of “playing games”. How do I respond and defend myself?… read more
