The question I have is for my grandmother. She had some work done our kitchen in our home and it was done by a contractor that was licensed by Ygrene. They one have instead of sending her an invoice for payments that were supposed to start after a two year deferment which started before the two year agreement was up. They went and added a lien on our house via taxes which hiked up the taxes, that is included in escrow. Not only that, on Thanksgiving morning, whilst preparing to clean food in our sink that they installed, the sink fell (detached from the marble counter top). Since then we have made numerous calls to Ygrene, and to the contractor and to no avail. The sink is being held up by a tool box. When we did speak with someone from Ygrene, they stated that they show us having an installation done but doesnt state what but denies having had remodeled a kitchen, to which isnt even finished.
