Im in the process of evicting a room renter. Anaheim, Orange
yes... I have known her for years, she was my massage therapist. She and her friend from her church moved in on February 2016. She did not sign a rental agreement, her friend did. I was nonchalant about it because I thought it was no big deal. Then a few weeks after she movedo out, she brough in a cat. I told her that mhy contract specifically says "No Pets". So she said she's moving out. After over a year, she still has not moved out and the smell and condition of her room got worse. I gave her a 30 day notice on June 21, 2017 which I ended up cancelling after we talked. I asked her if I give her another 2 1/2 months if that would be enough time for her to find a place and she said yes and on that day, July12, signed a rental agreement that she will move out on Sept 30. She is still here. So I gave her a 30 day notice.… read more
